And that was in 1985, then the idea developed into the establishment of a company to import foodstuffs which were in 2000, and the company started strongly and we chose to enter the importing field with our own private brand, Al-Wabil, the company was doing its own designs and thus it pioneered in the field of creating a private label. Also, the company was the first to introduce many new products into the Sudanese market, such as Jasmine Kernels, Bulgur, Basmati Rice. It was also the first to introduce easy-open cans in the Sudanese market, and the company always chooses the best types and it always sets quality as a primary goal to provide the highest quality of the product to the consumer.
In alignment with this goal, we followed a long and difficult path based on quality and trust before sales and marketing, and this led to the company's processing, packaging, and delivering high-quality FMCG for consumers in the best possible way. After that, the company developed its work from the field of import to the field of manufacturing in order to contribute to the industrial renaissance of the country and to absorb the largest possible number of youth employment to provide job opportunities for large segments of youth. The company established industrial complexes to fill healthy water and treat it with ozone. The company's factory fills water of all sizes in order to suit all categories. In addition to the production line for juices and production lines for biscuits, cakes, chocolates, and luxury pastries. The company has also established a factory for packing foodstuffs from rice of all kinds, red and green lentils, and bulgur.
The company encourages farmers to clean and pack local products such as balila, beans, hibiscus, and baobab. The company also imports and packages the best and finest types of milk powder, and it is packaged in all sizes to suit all categories, the company uses high technology production lines for this, taking into account the adoption of health procedures and thus maintaining the brand’s leading position in this sector for decades. Today, Al-Wabil Company is considered one of the largest companies that manufactures the best types of foods, and with its continuous innovations, Al-Wabil Company continues its production and services to deliver its products successfully from our factories and warehouses in Khartoum, which cover different regions of Sudan.
